Με την προσφάτως δημοσιευθείσα υπ’ αριθμ. 5264/2022 απόφαση ασφαλιστικών μέτρων, το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών δικαιώνει ένα συμβασιούχο εργαζόμενο ο οποίος απασχολούνταν στην Διεύθυνση Περιβάλλοντος του Δήμου μέχρι την 31η/05/2022 με συμβάσεις Covid -19. Το Μονομελές Πρωτοδικείο Αθηνών πιθανολογώντας ότι οι συμβάσεις εργασίας ορισμένου χρόνου οι οποίες συνέδεαν τον εργαζόμενο με το Δήμο αποτελούσαν στην πραγματικότητα μια ενιαία σύμβαση αορίστου χρόνου, δέχθηκε το αίτημα του εργαζόμενου, υποχρεώνοντας το Δήμο Μοσχάτου – Ταύρου, να αποδέχεται προσωρινά την προσηκόντως προσφερόμενη εργασία του αιτούντος, στα καθήκοντα και στη θέση όπου εργάζονταν κατά τη τελευταία ημέρα απασχόλησης του μέχρι την έκδοση οριστικής απόφασης επί της κύριας αγωγής του, καταδικαζόμενο σε περίπτωση που αρνηθεί να συμμορφωθεί με την απόφαση του Δικαστηρίου σε χρηματική ποινή 100 ευρώ για κάθε ημέρα που δεν αποδέχεται τις υπηρεσίες του.
