Επιστρέφουν στις θέσεις εργασίας τους, δυνάμει προσωρινής διαταγής, έντεκα συμβασιούχοι – εργαζόμενοι στο Δήμο Ωρωπού, οι οποίοι απασχολούνταν με συμβάσεις ορισμένου χρόνου στις υπηρεσίες του Δήμου με διάφορες ειδικότητες και συγκεκριμένα με την ειδικότητα ΥΕ Εργατών Καθαριότητας – Συνοδών Απορριμματοφόρων οι εννέα εξ αυτών, με την ειδικότητα ΔΕ Ηλεκτρολόγων ο δέκατος εξ’ αυτών και με την ειδικότητα ΥΕ Εργατών Ύδρευσης ο τελευταίος εξ αυτών. Η Πρόεδρος Υπηρεσίας του Μονομελούς Πρωτοδικείου Αθηνών δέχθηκε το αίτημα προσωρινής διαταγής των εργαζομένων, υποχρεώνοντας το Δήμο Ωρωπού να τους απασχολεί στη θέση εργασίας τους καταβάλλοντας σε αυτούς τις νόμιμες αποδοχές τους, μέχρι την συζήτηση της αίτησης ασφαλιστικών μέτρων τους, οι οποία προσδιορίστηκε για να συζητηθεί στις 3 Μαΐου 2023.
